People need to stop sleeping on tier 1 orgs like ENCE and MOUZ that allocate most of their financial resources towards their CS:GO teams, Vitality all had to take a pay cut as well when Spinx joined them. Frozen signed a new contract last year amidst interest from like every international tier 1 team because he's just that good, safe to say he's getting an insane bag at MOUZ each year. They have been for years now, when ropz went to faze he had to take a pay cut and he's still earning ~38k a month there.
